Once a flight has been released with seats, the passenger prioritization process can begin with the passengers that have signed up. The flights that will have seats available will be posted on the phone line 24-72 hours prior to scheduled departure. For your convenience, the 185th ARW Passenger Terminal maintains a 24-hour automated flight information recording phone line, 71. Limited passenger support is available based on personnel availability and other mission requirements. The 185th ARW Passenger Terminal processes passengers during normal duty hours, 07:00 to 15:30. Due to mission type and priority of Space Required passengers, not all flights out of the 185th ARW will have Space Available seats. The 185th ARW does not have channel missions, or regularly scheduled flights. Prior to acceptance, all personnel must meet the requirements outlined in this regulation.Īir National Guard departures and arrivals from the 185th ARW using the Space-A program are different than traditional aerial port and passenger terminal. This program is governed by DoD Regulation 4515.13R, Air Transportation Eligibility. Space available air transportation is a privilege extended to active duty and reserve military members, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, retired military personnel and their dependents.
